RETREAT 2024

I.C.E

Intensive Conflict Elimination

Weekend

August 10th and 11th, 2024

The 4th annual Focus Counter Violence Retreat is going to be the best one yet. This will be as real world as they get.

For this weekend we have put together the brass tax of what it actually means to survive an actual real life threat to the lives of you and your loved ones.

Welcome to a weekend of I.C.E training.

Intense conflicts elevate our state of emotional and physical anxiety due to uncertainty and stress. Our inability to handle even the basic self-defense encounters stems from our own lack of experience within stress full situations and the coordination training that minimizes that uncertainty.

The only thing that will make you shine under conflict and stress is superior training. I.C.E is a package of courses taught throughout the weekend. Each section will culminate in a complete conflict resolution and elimination package . Conflicts exist on a spectrum. So whether you work in a feild
