Classes
Kids and Teens
The Kids and Teens classes are based on a anti-bully platform. They will learn to protect themselves and build strong - honest character at the same time. Kids learn to work with others in a team work structure, while getting encouragement and coaching for continued performance. We are not a traditional martial art. We believe in teaching kids how to actually defend themselves and possibly others. We do not do forms or require extra monthly money for belts, tests or parties, like other schools. We don’t give away certificates for participation. Every child and teen must work for and towards their own performance and betterment.
Honesty and integrity don’t come from what you’ve built but from how you’ve build it.
SCHEDULING
As you may have seen on our calendar, we divide the kids/teens classes. The Jr. and. The Jr.’s class is ages 5-10. The Young Guns/Teens class is 11-15
Jr.s - Tuesdays and Thursday @ 5:30 pm - Wednesday @ 5:00 pm.

Mixed Martial Arts
(Aka - Street Fighting)
Weapons, situational dynamics, striking, mental toughness, grappling the Anatomy of Violence, mass attack and the blend of it all. This is our newest upgrade to Focus, and as a participant, you are going to love it! Have you ever wished you could have all of the skills of a martial artists’ without having to get beat up like a cage fighter? Imagine developing a higher level of coordination, timing, footwork, strength, and speed without coming home with black eyes. Learn to kick box, use weapons, clinch, ground fight, submit, defend multiple attackers and more, through easy to learn drill sets and superior training. No physical prerequisites required.
Reality-based context
We are training for life, not the ring or cage. We need to always frame what we are training for to reflect our lives and the violence that threatens it. This is reality based.
RB mma - Mondays and Wednesdays at 6:00 pm
Kick Boxing
Great for fitness that actually has life saving utilities. Excellent for couples! This is one of the coolest and invigorating classes. This is the tried and true method to get into shape, learn how to fight, meet new people and get off the couch, without all the intimidation and awkwardness. Regardless of your present physical condition, you can work at your own pace and still encouraged to grow.
INGREDIENTs
This class is done in rounds. We stretch, build strength, work abs and legs in between rounds. We use focus mitts, heavy bags and one another for training. This is almost a zero contact class. We are using the concepts from all over the globe. From Western boxing to Filipino kicking back to Thailand and and put it all back together in an incredible 1 hour experience.
Kick Boxing classes - These classes are bootcamp classes and are held quarterly. Please message for our next boot camp. Our next 6 week bootcamp will begin on Feb 20, Mondays and Wednesdays at 7 pm. $100 for the camp.
Workshops
These are monthly electives we hold that address specific issues surrounding everyday concerns. These workshops last anywhere from 90 min to 3 hours and are normally done on Friday nights or Saturday/Sunday during the day.

Privates
Everyone knows the massive benefit of private training. There is a 50% increase in proficiency right from the start. With all of that attention specifically tailored to you, you will see the skill skyrocket and literally wake up with talent. But It won’t be easy. Not even a little. But that’s the point. Here are some of the opportunities to train with Michael personally.
The Crucible - 30 hour intense training done of 3 1/2 months.
